About the journal, statuses and starting appearance
Entries are snapshots of the decisions and evidence recorded at the time. Their status describes that snapshot; follow-up entries record later implementation and publication.
Learning here means persistent project memory and better-informed decisions. The AI model is not training itself.
Status: proposed means planned; implemented means changed locally; released means published. Failed means the attempt did not complete successfully; no change means no implementation was chosen.
Verdict records the assessed outcome. Local technical verification does not prove visitor benefit; pending or inconclusive outcomes retain that uncertainty.
